I suppose it's a bit more difficult getting out of contract than just saying "I'm out, don't want to do it anymore" , but I hope Katryn is happy the way it came out, and that it was her decision. Wish her the best

She's not on on the websites of IMG worldwide anymore... If she really quit modelling as en lice says, that makes me wonder, how can models quit modelling just like that? I've read a few modelling contracts, and they are quite strict, not easy to quit at all, especially the ones with big agencies such as IMG...

It isn't easy, but it's also not impossible. Plus, since Katryn is still so young and probably just graduated high school, perhaps she is moving on to a new chapter in her life and would rather pursue a degree since she seems rather intelligent and level-headed, but might return to modeling afterwards.

But, as rockangel said, it could also be a strategy to take some time off in order to come back big again.

Don't know what's happened with her and IMG but she seems to be doing more stuff in her home country recently.

Y Models replied me and said Katryn is still with IMG

she is still with them but she is back in South Africa for the year to finish school.
She is still modelling - doing very specific jobs so keep an eye out for her - I will post her new work as soon as it comes out.

^ yeah I was about to say, a stunning face is not enough, would have liked to see some more facial expression variety, though her poses are pretty varied, so it's not totally flat.
