She was sitting in the passenger seat when Elliott hit the guy. I don't think she should have been punched, but she should have stopped to see if the guy needed medical attention (which he did, seeing that he is now almost blind) or convinced her boyfriend to stop. It's bad enough they hit the guy, but to leave him lying there without calling for help is even worse.

You know what's stupid and disappointing? People that can't be bothered to fact check. That guy her boyfriend "hit" with his car had climbed on to the hood of their car. The guy and his friends had been harassing Kaya inside a McDonald's, followed she and her boyfriend outside, and then leapt on the car as they tried to leave. They didn't leave him lying there cold-blooded. Her boyfriend sped off because he was, presumably, scared. As I think most people would be after some nutter JUMPS ON THEIR CAR. He turned himself into the police shortly after. The British courts found her boyfriend acted in self-defense, but, hey, what do they know?
