I read that she was never actually going out with Nicholas Hoult--his words. I think when they said that on that show they were just joking. He said he thinks of her as a sister. Way cool if she's going out with Jack though, they had awesome chemistry on Skins.

Official Release Date: June 12 (New York and Los Angeles)

Some film festivals in various states have shown/are going to show it earlier. I think you'll be able to find the exact screening times on the festival websites but a few haven't been announced yet.

Plot According to IMDB:

Sam Bell (Sam Rockwell) is nearing the end of his contract with Lunar. He's been a faithful employee for 3 long years. His home has been Selene, a moon base where he has spent his days alone, mining Helium 3. The precious gas holds the key to reversing the Earth's energy crisis.

Isolated, determined and steadfast, Sam has followed the rulebook obediently and his time on the moon has been enlightening, but uneventful. The solitude has given him time to reflect on the mistakes of his past and work on his raging temper. He does his job mechanically, and spends most of his available time dreaming of his imminent return to Earth, to his wife, young daughter and an early retirement.

But 2 weeks shy of his departure from Selene, Sam starts seeing things, hearing things and feeling strange. And when a routine extraction goes horribly wrong, he discovers that Lunar have their own plans for replacing him and the new recruit is eerily familiar.

Before he can return to Earth, Sam has to confront himself and the discovery that the life he has created, may not be his own. It's more than his contract that is set to expire.

I think it is, unfortunately.
Reviews seem to indicate that Sam Rockwell carries the entire movie, and the whole film focuses only on his character. It's pretty much a one-man show since Sam Bell (his character) is isolated on the moon. Everyone else plays a very small role. Apparently, in the movie, Sam communicates with his wife (Dominique McElligott) and daughter (Kaya) through video messages. Not sure if there's actual interaction between them in the end.

The film reviews so far have been really glowing, though, so it's nice that Kaya's first feature film was a stellar movie, not a cheap B flick.

Tabloid reports have claimed that Skins stars Kaya Scodelario and Jack O'Connell are in a relationship.

According to The Sun, the teenage actors began romancing after growing close on set.

Scodelario (Effy), 17, and O'Connell (Cook), 18, shared romantic scenes in the E4 drama, on which their characters are involved in a love triangle with Freddie, played by Luke Pasqualino.

"They are a really sweet couple," said a source. "It took a while for them to get together but while filming such risqué scenes they grew close.

"They are trying to persuade scriptwriters to get their characters back together."

I agree with that entirely and it's very surprising.

It's not even just the lack of make-up, it's her body language (all that slouching and awkward posing that translate lack of self-confidence) and the total absence of charisma, when Effy just steals every scenes she's in by her mere presence (I have only seen season 1 but her episode was the most memorable to me and she didn't even talk in it!).
I didn't know you could act up charisma and allure, never knew it was something you could switch on or off.
Well, at least it shows she has acting skills...

Oh, and I found out why she was so appealing to me: she looks like a young Anna Mouglalis when she's made up and/or in character, like in this pic.

Yeah, I saw them together at T4 on the Beach and the presenter stated that they were together and they replied "Yeah, for a while." I forgot about that. Are they still together.

As for the premiere, this is the edgiest she has ever looked outside of the show. She really loves those shoes, too!
