I've noticed now that she's gotten smaller, she is looking more like her sister Amie, in the face.

That greyish hair colour isn't that great but the styling looks great.

I think she just looks great the way she is looking now. I mean her body is fantastic if you look at past pictures.

Kelly Osbourne rests her fractured elbow in a sling as she arrives at London’s Heathrow airport from Los Angeles on Tuesday (March 23).

In related news, Kelly will be joining Dr. Phil as a special contributor starting TOMORROW (March 24).
