beautiful picture.scriptgirl,the poem is included in the book "kim novak-hommage" (jovis),a german edition.it contains essays by various authors about kim´s carreer and her films.the caption says that kim wrote the poem in 1950.can anybody read it or should i type it down?
btw,like your new avatar.bell book and candle is one of my absolute favourites.

the caption says that painting is not only her hobby but that she already had a small exhibition in LA with her own painitngs.these pics show her paining a portrait of the director richard quine and his son.he was her fiancé at that time.the journalist suggests that they´re problaby going to marry soon (which they never did).

Yeah, I love Bell Book and Candle as well. I went to the tribute to Kim out here in LA a few years ago where she spoke and I even got to ask her a question!

what a great opportunity!!!which impression did you get of her?i once saw her in a hitchcock documentary (shot probably 7 or 8 years ago)...she looked remarkably well-an elegant ,classy lady!and she seemed to possess self irony,a rare gift.

She seemed very modern and up to date. Not someone who lives in the past by a long shot and she was beautiful.

thanks to you alicia!!there´s more to come...i erased some of it unvoluntarily...

what amazes me the most about her is her "otherworldliness" (in many films ,not only the obviuos choice: vertigo).this great ,almost skinless,sensitivity.she always seemed
to walk through the world under sylvias plath´s famous "bell jar" ,untouchably and and unreachable....from the films i´ve seen her in only kiss me stupid shows a different image of her,which probably proves her range as an actress.
