Pretty sure it's a wig with black regrowth. Her snapchat goes back and forth between the blue and black hair

Her hair is definitely a wig. There were close up pics of her and you can see the lace front as well as her real baby hair not blended that well into the wig.

Even though her body could very well be fake, I can't help but be in awe with how awesome it is. She has just the perfect height in conjunction with the perfect amount of curves to balance everything out.
