looks just bad and cheap. what's going on here?

veronique leroy got canned! last season was her final collection. leonard was to die for under her creative direction but now it seems as if the brand has become the latest victim of "balmain-style revival strategy"....make it sl*tty, make it "edgy"!!!

this is terrible.

I like it and in particular I like the silhouettes, color palette and proportions. I like the energy of the flirty and the skinny pants looks. I am mixed on the prints, some I like and others are tacky and mumsy. What perplexes me is that the opening look is one of the worst looks of the show, a bad proportioned look in a collection where the proportions were mostly good. I liked the music but I think that the collection would have benefited from slicker production values like better hair, better casting and / or model direction.
