L.A. Dermatologist

does anyone have a reccomendation for a dermatologist in Los Angeles? Preferably West L.A.

I like mine in Santa Monica/Marina Del Rey. Her name is Dr. Nita Patel. She has an office in the UCLA Medical Center on Admiralty Way. She does both general dermatology and cosmetic stuff like laser treatments and botox etc....

I go to Pearl Grimes and she's along Wilshire (I think..she just moved buildings). Really good derma who keeps trying new things and keeps up with the technology...all that new stuff like laser face lifts and whatnot she does.


I found her because my auntie works for her, but I found that she's one of the really good dermas around West L.A. I had some really scary acne at one point and she calmed it down by putting me on a study for my type of skintype/acne type.After was clear skin when nothing else worked for me.

Also, sorry to reply to my own reply LOL but does anyone know which dermatologists some celebrities use? I'm sure they talk about it in magazines and stuff just can't seem to find any info.

I really want to do my research before picking a good dermatologist. I have an awesome one in London, if only I had the money to fly him out here LOL

^ Pearl Grimes has some celeb clientelle...she won't tell me who and neither my aunt, they just tell me to go and if I see someone. I never do because I go Friday afternoons (they usually don't on Fridays...probably because of party scene...who wants to be blotchy from the derma?)...I've only seen LeeAnn Rymes.

Anyways they all slipped my mind, but I'll come back to you on some other good celeb dermas.
