Well, here's a preview of Gwen + Zaldy's L.A.M.B. for fall. I think it's definitely better than what we saw of the runway show for spring. What do you think?

It looks better indeed, less of that 'getto fab' stuff.

the cut, quality and fit of LAMB to me seem to be really poor, that checked dress above is terrible, the material looks extremely cheap to me - although admitedly this season is better than last

it looks too much ghetto fab .. Lamb .. just try to make some sporty clothes or more avant-garde

That red tartan piece in the last picture of the first post ... it looks too similar to Alexander McQueen's piece for his F/W 06 collection. And then that second picture in #5 ... it still looks very McQueen, albeit with less class (admittedly speaking).

Otherwise, I think the collection's alright. Very fall, and the palette (apart from the plaid pieces, of course) are more or less what one would expect of L.A.M.B. based on her spring collection. Pity none of them are going on a runway; I prefer the spring collection BECAUSE there was a spirit, a force to them that screamed "Gwen Stefani". This collection looks nice as a collection, but with less of her signature flamboyant or hippy-trendy style.

So far, the only two pieces that I find signature L.A.M.B. would be the coat in the second picture of the first post in varying hues of green and the leopard print coat over the pink turtleneck sweater (or is it a sweater) in the first picture of #5.

i like it too, the pieces are not ghetto fab and by the way, ghetto fab is a style. a shirt or skirt cant be ghetto fab its the way u put it, her first collection "looked" ghetto fab because of the way she styled them on the models...

I really like that first dress though I've never see lamb carried in stores here. But really the first dress is worth looking into.

i love all the plaid items. especially the sketches of the jackets.

^ yeah, Westwood has always been an "inspiration" for the Lamb clothes.
I actually really really like the first dress, the gray/stripey one, as well as the zigzag jacket.

I definatly see the Westwood Red connections, and maybe even a bit Galliano. Those have always been Gwen's two biggest inspirations.
