I really love it. I can see influences of Tom Ford for YSL & Narciso Rodrigues, & Dolce, & Prada &Vera Wang!!?!?

It works though, for me.

Combined it is some of the most wearable clothing I have seen on the runway Since tom ford was still at Gucci

You're right- before, i never bothered to check them out. i always assumed they'd be, well kind of underwear-ish- I'm very pleasantly surprised. I will indeed go check the previous ones out!

i hate how people are calling this collection something similar to Tom Ford Gucci. He was exceptionaly innovative, but he doesen't design anymore. There are much more adjectives that can be used to describe this show rather than putting it all under the umbrella of being Tom Ford influenced.

ford has his own style sect in the fashion industry. it is very distinct and well known throughout fashion. tom ford has created his own definition or terminology for his "style". that is probably why people keep refrencing that la perla is like tom ford for gucci, because it is.
