I love Lanvin and yet I knew nothing of Lanvin en Bleu!
According to this old thread, it's a licensed line specifically for the Japanese market.

like Burberry has their Blue and Black label, Lanvin has their 'en Bleu' label for Japan. altho up until last year, it was Menswear only.
