Lanvin S/S 2011 : Iselin Steiro & Kinga Rajzak by Steven Meisel

I always associated Lanvin with more class and purity.

as do i- but when thinking of class & forms of purity- i don't often associate that with dragging someone in a gown or dress by the ankles while you both are wearing evening make-up. :flower:

was referring to the campaign direction.

Browsing the new issue of Numéro I thought this shot of Nimuë would make a brilliant campaign for this season. Taking the sombrero apart, with a different hair & make-up perhaps, it could be a perfect direction.

Looking through old Lanvin campaigns today and I gotta say that I miss Kinga so much! She always brought so much energy and passion to campaigns and the runways. Definitely stood out in the crowd and such a haunting beauty. I hope she makes a comeback.

I also love Iselin Steiro. She's one of my favorite girls from the 2000s. So versatile. She can play so many different roles and be feminine or masculine. The perfect model, IMO, and definitely one of my muses.
