I really like Lara for CK, and I like her look in general. Although, I think her bone structure is a lot better than her skin in terms of what makes her look so good. In some of her candids or backstage she's got that heavy smoker, pale skin damage a la Kate Moss going on. In a weird way, I'm wondering how she'll age. But I'm willing to bet her breasts will still be great!
