Early life
Lara Stone was born on December 20, 1983 in Berlin, Germany to a Dutch mother and a British father. She grew up in the small town of Mierlo in the Netherlands. At the age of 16, she was expelled from high school and sent away to Paris by her mother, to which she attested on FashionTV's Fall/Winter First Faces 07/08 Lara Stone episode.

when i read she was going with alexander wang to the gala i thought the dress would be a bit boring but i love what she wore, she looked great, if he wanted everyone to say yes to her he chose the right dress
the UK Vogue ed is SO GOOD, by the way. i hope she will work again and again with alasdair mclellan in the future. last year's i-D ed was great too.
