David Walliams can't keep his hands - or lips - off model girlfriend Lara Stone as they soak up some Mexican sun
It would appear that not all celebrities are flocking to the Caribbean this winter.
While anyone who's anyone flocked to the beachs and the parties of Saint Barts and Barbados, David Walliams shunned the jet-set holidays for a relaxing and quiet getaway with model girlfriend Lara Stone.
But when you're one of the UK's top comedians who is recognisable all over the world, there's definitely no escaping the paparazzi's lens.
The Little Britain star, 38, let it all hang out as he soaked up the rays and snuggled up to Dutch model Lara, 26, on a romantic holiday in Mexico.
The pair, who have been dating since September, couldn't keep their hands off each other as he rubbed sun lotion on her and stroked her leg.
As the sunbathed by the pool at a five-star luxury resort in Los Cabos, he gazed at her and tenderly stroked her hair and they relaxed on loungers.
And while she and Walliams may have just had eyes for each other, their loved-up antics didn't go unnoticed by their fellow holidaymakers.
Speaking to the Daily Star, one said: 'They were literally all over each other. He was kissing her and touching her. I don’t think he even looked at anything else all day - he was fixated with the girl.
'And she was no shrinking violet. She was loving the pampering and was happy to return the favour.
'Other people round the pool didn’t know where to look. If they had been on their own I reckon they would have gone the whole hog and had sex there and then!'
Friends of Walliams said he is head over heels for Lara, who is the new face of French fashion house Louis Vuitton and recently replaced Madonna in a £6.5million advertising deal.
One said: 'We all know David’s got a bit of a reputation as a ladies man but he’s really into Lara. He talks about her all the time and, when they’re together, you can see that there’s a real spark between them. 'He thinks she’s gorgeous and likes her laidback approach, while he makes her laugh.
'I can honestly see this lasting. They’re both in love, no doubt about that.'
