i dont think anyone looked good in givenchy, it just looks so bad, that side by side layout, and the cut-off heads and the cut-off arms, ugh. but i think mariacarla and natasha look worse. i realy hope lara will become the sasha of givenchy.

as for jil sander, i LOVE IT. she looks so good in her shots, and compared to natasha, lara totally stole the campaign. it is the soft side of lara that i want to see more of. i think/hope she has another studio shot to go with the sleeveless dress.

Prada eats Givenchy though besides that I hope she won't be exclusive to any brand because that would mean there wouldnt be anything else but Givenchy and the ads never impressed me.

Yeah after her "firing" from Prada she got only Pringle of Scotland but still better than nothing
But anyway Lara is like one of the exclusive model for Givenchy but NOT THE ONLY one so I think she'll get other campaigns until she becomes the only face of Givenchy(I don't think this will ever happen but who knows)

Mariacarla did Givenchy campaigns before ss07, before Lara even came on scene. So I believe she is the ultimate Givenchy woman.

I think she Natasha and Lara look really bad in Givenchy. Lakshmi and Maria outshine them by a mile.

I think Lara is great in both campaign especially in Givenchy, i always love with her mouth open in a photo, her and Lakshmi outshine the rest, she be great in a Prada ad campaign also. I love the second pic of the Jil Sander ad, I may be biased but i love Lara for anything

I agree with everything you said, and I don't think you're biased at all. Lara looks good in both the Jil Sander and Givenchy ads. Initially I would not have thought of Lara as the Jil Sander type but she pulls it off perfectly in my opinion.

The Jil Sander ads may be plain and simple, but Lara just suits it extremely well.

i was talking in terms of consecutive ads. i doubt mariacarla has had more than four in a row, and lara has been a model since she was 13 (11 years).

as for the prada semi-exclucive, i am pretty sure she was because she didn't do any shows before the prada show, and she closed the show and opened miu miu. i also remember reading she was on one on the fourms. does prada announce their exclucives?

I like the Jil Sander advert, but my only complaint is they've completely changed her figure and made her alot skinnier, and that's just not necessary...

^I noticed that too. She looks great nonetheless! I am really happy that she got this campaign and really worked it the way that she did. It just shows how great a model she is, she can go from topless editorials in Vogue Paris to something like the Jil Sander ads.
