I'm repeating and repeating: I hate those shoes with very very long and pointy toes
other than that, they are not extremely ugly, but definitely cheap looking and outdated.

My sister had a pair of shoes that had the same style. I liked them a lot actually..but they were hard to walk in without my feet slipping out of them

i can assure you that if manolo or jimmy or christian did the same style i would STILL not like them.

they are really not in the trend anymore. they used to be maybe 2 years ago

I want to believe that and by no means am I calling you a liar... but have u seen some of the shoes posted in the manolo post... some of those are obviously but everyone goes wow ...maybe b/c they really like them.. or maybe b/c they look "different"... or maybe b/c of the name and/or price

Now to each their own of course... I just would like to know if it feels like walking on clouds when wearing those pricey shoes lol I have a pair of marc jacobs and they are even more uncomfortable then my nine west shoes lol anyhow IMO

I don't "wow" over every Manolo. in fact, MANY of them look bad to me B)

i seriously agree, some people here are just like, oooh, thats really amazing just because the little cloth thing in the shoe says Manolo Blahnik or Jimmy Choo. personally, i don't really like the slit things on the sides, i like plain pointy shoes(i have a pair) because they have enough going on. bout otheriwse they're ok. but i dont get why designers put like, wild designs in the shoe, nobody's going to see it anyway.

Is it obvious that the girls are Jewish? I don't understand- the ad sounds like a scene from the O.C.- which is very popular today. I have never seen ths how, but I know all the characters names

Runs In Heels.....I agree with your statement. Some people just hear/see the name of Steve Madden and their minds are already almost made up before they see his shoes. I don't own any- but I have seen 2 or 3 of his shoes I liked.

those are cheap that is why they look cheap.... i stop at imitation leather.
I see what missy is trying to say but I don’t think everyone judges a shoe over a price tag…. . I personally cannot stand knock offs but understand why they make them and think if people like them and can afford them then great. But for me it is not just the style I like it is the original and the craftsmanship the look can be imitated and replicated.

Meh, shoes are shoes. One day I wouldn't mind investing in a pair of Choos though. They're styles are just so sleek and sexy. Do they ever sell for less than $500?

Cheap shoes are fun for when you don't have a lot of money but like to experiment with different styles and trends. And that way you don't wear out all of your good shoes.

I think so too. Though Aldo is hit or miss with their quality sometimes. I've had some Aldo shoes that have endured years of abuse and some that fell apart within the first couple of months. Some of their shoes aren't that cheap for what you get either.

i do not like steve maddens shoes he is nothing but a ripoff. he is not a designer not in my eyes and if shoe designers could sue on the design alone a lot of people would be shown for what they really are! not to mention his shoes are cheaply made if you can see the glue and the stitching is inconsistent then you have wasted your money.

the only reason why i think you people are so offended by these shoes is because you can afford better, such a jimmy choo or manolo or pucci or ugg or whatever, but just because you can, doesnt mean toher people can. steve madden makes his shoes for people that cant afford the $400 manolos or $169 uggs, these shoes are for people that want the style, but not the price. leave steven madden alone and look at yourselves, look how haughty you all are, just because the label says steven madden! i cant imagine why anybody would not want people less fortunate than themselves to have shoes that are not ugly! i cant believe that anyone would want someone to sue steve madden or bebe or whoever copies designer brands, its a horrible thing to think and you all should be ashamed of yourselves!

thats my two cents(ps, i'm a bit pms'y, so thats why this is so rude, but its really how i feel)
