The ‘Glee’ actress attended the Fox All-Star Party wearing a Peter Som Spring 2012 dress which looks like a crop-top over a dress.

I love the vibrant colour; it really makes her stand out on the red carpet, as does her thigh-high split which she makes sure we are all well aware of.

I’m glad that she appears to be growing out her bangs, as it was a look that never really suited her all too well.

Metallic sandals, wavy locks and a dark pink lip colour completed the look.

The 25-year-old Glee star is up for Favorite TV Comedy Actress against Tina Fey, Courteney Cox, Jane Lynch, and Kaley Cuoco.
“So excited I have my younger cousin in from NYC to be my date tonight! I’m so happy she’s here!!” Lea tweeted before the show.
FYI: Lea finished off her look with Jimmy Choo shoes and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.
