Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire begin their training in vintage cars on the set of their new film The Great Gatsby on Thursday (August 25) in Sydney, Australia.

The 36-year-old actor took a hold of the steering wheel while Tobey sat in the passenger seat for the practice run.

Leo and Tobey will star with Carey Mulligan and Joel Edgerton in the new adaptation of the classic story by F. Scott Fitzgerald. The film is expected to be released in November of 2012.

Leonardo DiCaprio: Saturday Sydney Boat ride with Tobey Maguire

Leonardo DiCaprio catches some rays while on a boat in the Sydney Harbor on Saturday (September 17) in Sydney, Australia.

The 36-year-old actor was joined by Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer, and their two children Ruby and Otis. Leo and Tobey are currently filming The Great Gatsby in Australia.

Leonardo is the cover man of GQ magazine’s October issue! He opened up to the mag about how he does not care if his films are financially successful.

“Unless you want to prove that you can carry a film with your name, continuously trying to achieve box-office success is a dead end,” Leo said (via Us Weekly).

It looks like there's a giant knot on it. Above his elbow, but maybe I'm looking at the picture wrong.

^ do you mean the pic where he is leaning out the car window? his left arm isn't straight out, its bent back up resting on the window ledge. so that bulge is just that fleshy bit that everyone gets in that 'V' when they completely bend their arm.
