The Paparazzi involved ran into the back of Lily's car, and she lost her temper and gave him a good smacking for his troubles.

Making for quite the sight to be seen, Lily Allen was spotted lashing out at a paparazzo following a run-in in London on Thursday (March 12).

The “Smile” songstress became irate after an ensuing shutterbug drove into the back of her car, resulting in a minor collision.

Moments later, Miss Allen proceeded to kick, throw things and scream at the photographer until her security staffer pulled her away and got her under control.

There’s still no word whether or not the display and/or accident resulted in any police citations. Nonetheless, it surely appears that Lily isn’t one to mess with when it comes to her automobile

She got a restraining order on the paps that were chasing her:

Pop singer Lily Allen's somewhat abrasive relationship with the paparazzi - which came to a head in a tussle with photographers in Soho on Thursday night - appears to have been at least partially resolved at an unscheduled High Court hearing.

Her lawyer Mark Thomson, of solicitors Carter Ruck, issued a statement saying: "My client, Lily Allen, has faced constant harassment over the last few months from the paparazzi.

"As a result of this and various incidents of harassment that took place (on Thursday), my client has now been forced to take legal action."

He continued: "In a court hearing that took place this afternoon, my client, Lily Allen, has resolved issues with two picture agencies.

"She has also obtained from the High Court an injunction restraining further harassment of her by other paparazzi photographers.

"My client, Lily Allen, is delighted with the outcome of the hearing."

Whether the case returns to court in the future remains to be seen.

A spokesperson for Allen also said on Friday that despite speculation from British tabloids that possible legal action from the incident could affect her upcoming North American tour, her April dates will "not be impacted in any way."

I think there is a marked difference in mugging for photographers at an actual event where you're actually meant to be photographed and having to face 20 grown men stalking your front door every morning and destroying your property (this is the second time they've damaged her car).

She is known for her quirky dress sense and Lily Allen didn't fail to disappoint.
Lily ditched her recent designer glam look for a more casual one when she took the stage in Dublin last night.
The Smile singer wore black tights, a black bubble skirt, monochrome vest and a thick belt wrapped around her waist.
But she topped the look with a pair of downmarket white Reebok trainers.

It was an unusual choice for Lily who has paraded a number of shoes from her huge collection of designer footwear in recent months.
Clearly the five inch heels are taking their toll as she decided on the comfortable option.
Lily was playing The Academy in Dublin and she also painted her fingernails green to embrace St Patrick's Day... a day early.
The 23-year-old kicked off her tour in style on Saturday night by throwing up in front of fans.

Lily decided to ditch her trainers mid-concert
She was sick on the pavement after finishing the first gig of her tour in Glasgow after downing white wine throughout the show.
But she soon regained her composure and continued posing for pictures with fans until the early hours of Sunday morning like a true professional.
The singer had wowed the crowds earlier at Glasgow's O2 Academy with covers of We're The Kids In America and Britney Spears's Womanizer.
She then got on the bus and headed off to her next date in Manchester on Sunday, before travelling on to Dublin for yesterday's concert.
Next stop on the Lily roadshow is the Bristol Academy tomorrow night.
