Loewe F/W 2016.17 Paris

Most exciting show so far this season. I don't even care if it's good or bad (good, mostly) but everything is way better than the boring crap we've seen so far.

I am constantly in love with what he's doing for Loewe, I wish he could be this good at his own brand. This has humor, there's great clothes; a lot of well organized clutter that feels light and luxurious. Also the accessories are fantastic.

I love how he manages to make his own line and Loewe two completely different collections without any similarities!

It's by far one of my favourite collections from Loewe thus far! And he's always on point with the accessories!

His best collection yet, and a a great follow up to the amazing Mens collection. He's truly mastering at Loewe the perfect fusion of genuine luxury with a heavy pump of exciting ideas. Every look is as intriguing as it is desirable. And the accessories are killers as always.

Man, Paris is really carrying this season on its shoulders.

Love! Jonathan's work is so much more accomplished at Loewe. Last season was incredible too. I'm in awe of those fabric manipulations, there's an actual dress made out of rubber bands! And the finale chainmail dress is stellar. Really excited with his work so far.

What I enjoy about Loewe is how unconventionally luxurious it appears to be, all the gold over sized jewelry, rich leathers and use of tweed. Towards the end it started to look more like Anderson but was able to keep it contained.

Overall, great showing!

I'm in love with this collection and I bet it'll be the best show of this season. It's very sharp and graphic yet wearable and exciting to watch. The accessories are as good as clothes and I really like jewellery, it makes the styling less pretentious.

Wow my favorite collector in PFW so far! And this is the best collection he's done for the house to date. Absolutely love the color, silhouettes, proportions as well as accessories. I'm so glad to see him becoming a mature designer; it proves that he can put on a great collection without trying too hard/being too gimmicky!

What as strange PFW, first that mess at Lanvin and now i'm actually enjoying Jonathan Anderson's work

Credit's due where credit's due, actually a really great collection.

I am completely in love with this! Wow!!! I can't say more.

Fabulous collection. I love what Jonathan does at Loewe for the both men's and women's collections. It's such a perfect, balanced mix of his own personal quirky tendencies tempered with the challenge to make actual luxury goods. Where J.W.'s own line often comes off looking jokey, gimmicky and cheap, Loewe always looks so gorgeously expensive and luxe. Wonderful accessories, beautiful sophosticated silhouettes, interesting textiles, creative - yet not overwhelming or distracting - styling, a rich color palette, strong casting...it's all good!

Wow.

It’s one look— long-sleeve tee and long handkerchief-hemmed skirt… done over and over, and over and over in some slight variations, different fabrications and colors— with 3 other different looks thrown in. How could anyone be this blatantly lazy and still get praise?

I guess clever styling, a flattering. luxurious color-palette of creamy leathers that’s the label’s signature counts as a complete collection these days when the “talent” is most lacking. Nice bags, and they are going to move, I’ll give him that.

And to be completely fair, I do adore the leather bustiers— but, are they garments, or Loewe accessories?

^^^ That's my reservation about Anderson's work at Loewe as well, it's pretty much always three ideas repeated over and over again.

It also kind of reminds me of Hermes for some reason. That being said, it's a very nice collection.

Some VERY nice design details here and there. But overall it doesn't do it for me.

Anyway, while watching it, you have the feeling you are seeing something important, some fashion. It has become one of the hottest tickets in Paris without any doubt.

I love it! I love what he is doing at LOEWE.
It's a great collection. It looks a bit old-fashioned and has that 80's feel that i always love.
But above all, i love the simplicity of it. The silhouettes are simple but the styling takes it to another level. The accessories are great.

It looks very organic and raw...unlike the pretentious crap he is doing at JWA.

GO LOEWE! GO!
