You're welcome saann Only thing is, I don't know, is it the correct term? I think 'drop waist' is used for girls' dresses... :p

hmm I'm not sure either.. I know what you mean by looking at the pics and I know that dropwaist is used more for womensclothing.. no idea? someone else feel like helping?

I love dropped waists! Though I don't like the long coats, that Costume National sweater is gorgeous!

good spoting gius! :flower:

i like this lengthened proportion on men. though im not sure whether drop waist is the correct wording...hum..
but i think you can create one thread just on long coat/jacket.
and i also notice that all the coats have single row of buttons and less excessive decor.

^there were also large sleeves in this collection. muxu i think you're right about the decor

I especially like the last look

A few of them I like but to be honest, they look very sloppy and ape-like to me.:ninja: If I was male I don't think I'd participate in this trend. But to each his own right?

I think it is a good look and that men look sexy with this length of tops, when it is done in the right way. ^_^ The only problem is that unless the man is very tall, it could make them look very frumpy.

Kris van Asshe and Ann Demeulemeester are my favs posted in this thread.

i like this look a lot!
it's quite comfortable too!
all my shirts have been getting longer lately. :P
