i like this lengthened proportion on men. though im not sure whether drop waist is the correct wording...hum..
but i think you can create one thread just on long coat/jacket.
and i also notice that all the coats have single row of buttons and less excessive decor.

A few of them I like but to be honest, they look very sloppy and ape-like to me. If I was male I don't think I'd participate in this trend. But to each his own right?

I think it is a good look and that men look sexy with this length of tops, when it is done in the right way. The only problem is that unless the man is very tall, it could make them look very frumpy.
