Handsome Gabriel Aubry has beaten Madonna's boyfriend, Jesus Luz, to be the next face of Louis Vuitton. Aubry, Halle Berry's long-term love, just shot the fashion house's spring campaign in Ibiza. Aubry's agency, Wilhelmina Models, scored the big con tract despite gentle encouragement from Madonna -- who's a current face for Vuitton -- to sign up Luz. A Vuitton rep declined to comment.

happened to find that snap on the official Vuitton site while looking for wallets

sexy baby daddy if you ask me. is that a suede blazer with satin lapels?

Oh! The last time I visited, Ben Hill was the face of the male section of the site. I always loved LV ads. Classic and has a gentlemanly appeal. Luxurious too. This one does not disappoint.

I feel like seeing a CK ad. Maybe the effect of his past ads with them.

fatherhood and near-matrimony has done gabriel aubry quite well. there's a depth to his beauty now that translates in campaigns like these. further, why would vuitton give jesus luz anything when madonna's cavorting with the dolce and gabbana boys?

vuitton's looking younger year after year. i like the way they make their campaign !!

Ah, I like this shot. I wonder why LV mens ads seem much more refined (& appealing) compared to the womens ads, currently at least.

yumm, Jesus just can't compare with Gabriel.
