it's... a little odd of a campaign. not one of the better louis vuitton ads but its still okay. I'm glad meisel shot it.

Yesss igree Vogue28 Mert & Maecus with this collection maybe are a fantastic campaing, this have much problems, the fae expresion, the make up, the poses, the photo no say nothing new to LV

Hmm..nah. I disagree. I don't think Mert and Marcus could have served this more justice. If we were talking about last season, then I'd agree...but this is the kind of styling that Meisel works very good with, not M&M. Though now that you guys mentioned it, I am intrigued to see how different it would have looked if shot by Mert and Marcus; I'm thinking it would have been just a glam image with no provocation. And if you really study the image, I don't think the expressions or the poses are off. There's something very passe and anti-fashion about how the collection is presented and I think it works. For someone with the right sense of humor, it's even kind of funny. I agree that including an asian model would have taken this to another level, though..because as of now with the inclusion of fans, thinking of Meisel's body of work, it almost feels like mockery. Can't wait to see more...it has the potential to be really something.

Needless to say, I love it...

After seeing the collection, I had zero expectations for the ad, but I still somehow feel slightly disappointed. It just looks so messy and random and inexpensive. In all honesty, I like absolutely nothing about this. It's just horrible.

I love this campaign, especially the hair and make-up! I agree with everyone mentioning the Terry/Teller look of it, it's quite surprising Meisel shot this.

Brilliant casting and Freja looks incredible.

Couldn't be more confused by this.
I kinda like it, the casting is good, the setting and the colors reflects perfectly the collection. But still something disturbs me. The photography is a bit too Juergen Teller for my taste. Yet, I think it goes with the"In-your-face" tacky feeling of the collection. Other thing that bugs me is Freja and Raquel's expressions, they look pretty off IMO. Especially Freja she's sitting here without any convinction. Only Kristen is working the shot, but her pose is extremely awkard. She looks abit like a snaky coming out of nowhere.
I need to see more, but I know that if see one of these ads in a magazine it will catch
my attention.
