I think that is only for a few, like Toni.

Karlie, Taryn were exclusives that same year and they went on to do a lot of shows in Europe. Karlie even got a Gucci exclusive in Milan, and I think (I'm not sure if I remember correctly) but Taryn was Jil Sander Exclusive.
