Has anyone been down the the new store on Christopher street? I just saw a blurb about it on NYMetro.com, I had no idea they were even opening a store. The stuff if outrageously expensive, but I scored a beautiful tie died cashmere hooded sweater at Scoop decently priced a little while ago, and I am in love with it. Anyway, is the store any good? Lemme know.

Hmmm. I might take a walk. Chirstopher and what? Bleecker?

I saw the new Pellat-finit gear.
sure enough, it's expensive still. e.g. over $3000 for this black sweater.

Oh, I'm so happy they opened another store! I LOVE LPF, they are one fo my favorites and they are always so hard to find!

Runner, that black Skull sweater has been on my 'list' for about two years! I must own it someday!

I need this one, if possible in another color.

no..it's off the beaten track...best call information :flower:

i feel like only rockstars and models wear this stuff...

That mock "Rolling Stone" skull graphic is too humourous

Is it really called LP-FinIT? I thought it was Finet. Or this is a second line or something??

I love there stuff, it's so fun and youth ful, it's so expensive though, but if i had teh money i'd wea it

i think that was just a typo...you've got the spelling right... :P

I'd love to have anything from LPF, but $$$. Especially the sweaters from the p*rn show on the Montel set. I don't know how I'd actually wear one in public though, so I'd settle for the skull or the bat that runner wants.

i like a lot of stuff from lpf, but as many have said, they have a rather high price tag, which has put me off from buying a lot of their pieces, actually all their pieces.

I think Lucien is a label that doesn't really take itself seriously. Design wise they're nothing special, just those in your face symbols. And the prices are a joke, literally. I think the company itself realizes how overpriced they are, just look at those "lucien is crazy" shirts. If you compare their 3000 dollar sweaters with those 900$ loro piana ones, the differences in cashmere is substantial and not in favour of LPF. I think it's like with prada nylon stuff, the company knows it's not worth it, the people who buy them it's not worth it but they have such incomes that they don't care and can share the joke. It's not for people who need to save up for clothes or "invest in quality" :ninja:
