I hate when you're listening to music when falling asleep, and then it ends up waking you up again. I become angry in my semi-conscious state and have lost many a set of headphones ripping them out of my ears.

In Kenya we have 'Late date' on the local radio. Slow soothing music. Anyway different Fm's do slow music at that time of the night. I still love 'Late date' ( I tape some whenever I am in kenya...sad? I know! ) a good read helps most of the nights.
