Euro price is 450. I'm not sure I'll be going for either as I already have the blue/grey, the black and the brown leopard! The monogramming put me off the camo one but the colour was nice. I will still check 'em out though!

they are identical size and shape to brown ones which were not all cashmere. fabulous blend of cashmere/silk. so is the new monogramoflage large one.

leyla, the purple is NOT like previous red. it is officially called violet and has shades of burgundy, violet blue, etc. i bought the violet bc it popped more than new grey.

the old grey was more interesting with the yellow tones. new grey is more grey, matte tones, more conservative looking. i am sure i will eventually end up with that too..... i just loved violet color!

They are different colors; I was able to get the purple and gray ones on the Louis Vuitton site a couple weeks ago by stalking it day and night and both happened to be available for purchase at different times. I already had the brown and by some fortune was able to snag the old red recently also from someone who wanted to sell theirs. It is on the way to me. Here are pics of purple and red ...purple pic is from ebay and red is the pic the seller provided to me....waiting to receive it. I'll post a family pic once I have them all together. I love these scarves! I've worn the brown one to death, year round (air conditioning can be freezing in the summer if indoors).

How much are these in US $?

The brown was $560 when I got it last year. Now they are selling for like $675 I believe. The new gray and purple were $725 each from Louis Vuitton direct.

I finally got the brown a few months ago (after month of waiting) but forgot to post! It's winter here, so i've been wearing it almost non-stop. A few sad little pulls, but otherwise gorgeous.

How much did the brown leopard retail for in the US and Europe out of interest? I paid $870 (about $840 US), and am sure it's over-inflated here as usual.

Can't say i'm a fan of the new ones though, they look a bit like poor cheap imitations of the older release colours. That said, i would love to see one on if anyone can post their new purchases?

And gosh, it was an overinflated price here! Nevermind, i love it to bits, and they were no cheaper on ebay.

Having been told that these scarves were completely sold out by the Louis Vuitton helpline here in France, and then that there was no way of telling whether or not more of these scarves were going to be released this year - with great emphasis placed on the "limitedness" of these pieces. I managed to snag a grey one in Paris when a salesperson seemed to take a shine to me - apparently it was the last in town!?

Leyla? Are you in Monaco - have you been told there's going to be another shipment. The salespeople here typically tend to be very closed up about everything - the US LVers were sooo much more helpful...letting me know that they were going to receive more. As I wouldn't mind getting my hands on the violet too.

BTW - the grey is very different from the original grey which is in fact a blue mixed with khaki-ish green.

grill. i have to laugh about US LVers being "more helpful". the ones i have dealt with don't have a clue. the scarves just show up mysteriously.
