Melanie is epitome cool. She has a great personal style and her styling is fab. She assists in a lot of major Vogue Paris editorials. Rising star fo' sho'!!! hehe!

Actually, the dark blue coat is supposedly by Marc Jacobs (fall 2006 I guess). I don't think it's Comptoir des cotonniers, at least not this season, because I went in a store yesterday and reviewed all their coats! And they didn't have one like that. :-)
And I agree I hope someone has new pics of Melanie!

aaah comptoir des contonniers that is by far my favourite clothes shop! I have a purple trench from there and a metallic black skirt! Love their clothes so much!

the title of the thread should be accurate...and if she is ans assistant it should say so....
she may be cute...
but so far i don't see any styling...
only personal style...

she's not yet an "established" stylist. so maybe you should change the name, I don't know.

but i know that there are a LOT of stylists who have worked and slaved for years and have done AMAZING AMAZING editorials who have no thread even...
and it doesn't seem right that a young assistant who has only done a few things gets to be called a stylist and has a thread...

just feels really inappropriate...

i mean-- ok- she has a thread...but we should just be honest about who she is and what she has done...
