Just bought that sweater on sale luckily all the small sizes were still available probably because it does run a bit small. I did need to size up too mainly because it's quite short.

MissyJG you lucky thing!!!! I paid the full price and still haven't worn it!!! And Mango still have my number on sale online!!!

I also had to go up a number but I thought it was just me going bigger.

Anyway it's still a lovely sweater and feels very soft to the touch, don't you think so?

Mango is closing 3 stores in my country, really dissapointing. Especially now, I love so many things from the new collection.

I received my Mango blazer a couple days ago. It is very cream but very luxe. I love the way it's made a lot.

I tried it on with a dress from AA and Zara's Asymmetric Court Shoe.

I ordered from Mango 2 weeks ago (Aug 15) and I still haven't received my order. I sent an email, no response to that either. I hope it arrives today.

My experience with Mango online was pretty bad. I bought a pair of shoes and it arrived scratched, when I emailed their customer care to ask to send them back, they told me to go to a shop to get them "evaluated for an exchange". Never bought anything online there again, even though they have a great outlet page.

I'm thinking of ordering that coat from the website since they don't have it in the (only) store in my country, but am worried that it would come very wrinkled in the package.
Do they send you the items in the bag (like Asos etc.) or in a box?

oh man, exact same thing happened to me. saw a dress i couldn't find in the shops, was thrilled to see it online, and what they sent me was TORN! so i returned it... but by then the dress had sold out. grr

i´ve been to a mango shop yesterday and saw this lovely coat:

i love it but i am too short, i am drowning in it. what a shame!

oh man, exact same thing happened to me. saw a dress i couldn't find in the shops, was thrilled to see it online, and what they sent me was TORN! so i returned it... but by then the dress had sold out. grr

Tested the outlet page even though I said I'd never shop there again...and nothing looked the same as on the website, colors were off, materials really cheap. And they said the returns should be sent to Spain and insured (like I'd pay 20 euro postage to get 50 euro back). Super customer friendly.
Right, now I hope I'll actually remember NOT to shop there again.
