hi there - i have this ensemble at home and although it is from the spring collection i just got it some weeks ago and especially love the skirt - it fits great although is cut really petite and therefor i needed a bigger size than i usually wear

I´ve the same skirt too and it makes a perfect shape.
But the skirt is from the fall collection.

I used to shop at Mango a lot some years ago and then I got kind of tired of their clothes because everything was so classic and boring. I recently went there again and was surprised at how many cute dresses they had, very Top Shop-like and way nicer than Zara which was a huge disappointment last season.

I am seeing some cute things. But everything always looks a little or a LOT different in the actual store than on the internet.

^That is very true. Visited the store today and was so disappointing at how dull some of the pieces looked IRL...

I agree too. The new collection seems to be so boring, very H&M, which i hate.

I must say to me it usually looks way better in the store than online. I have no clue what they're doing wrong, with h&m it#s usually the other way round which makes far more sense since they got all possibilities to display the clothes at their best.

the new collection doesnt make me too excited, too. I liked the general colouring in the store, very maritime white, red, blue, but didnt spot a single item I really liked. Those wedges maybe. I hope you know what I mean, they've got them in black, sand and light jeans blue. But to me they are rather day time than going out shoes and 10 cm heels are a bit too much for that, I'd be nearly 1.90m. Why couldnt they make the plateau a little less high??
Btw I've spotted an item in the German new collection online store, I got last September in Brussels. And a friend recently told me that when she lived in France, she noticed, that some items were in stores there a season earlier than in Germany. Has anyone else here made similar observations?

Versace-Goddess, I agree. I see a lot of H&M in this new stuff. Not necessarily in a bad way though, sometimes simple is great. These ones instantly reminded me of H&M!

I've got two questions on the new collection:

I like the white silk dress, Scarlett is wearing in the ad. Has anyone seen it in real life? A few weeks ago the online shop said it was not available, and now I cant find it anymore in the online shop and whenever I click on that favourites tool on mango.com and then shop online, it always brings me to an IMO other dress.

Scarletts dress is the one in the first picture, in case Im not fully blind. but the shop online tool forwards me to the second dress.

Second question: the online shop only has those shoes in a few sizes. Dont the come in bigger sizes at all?? I also dont understand why its only this colour, the black and jeans blue ones you can get in all thier usual sizes. strange strange.....

I´ve seen it and it was looking ok, but not as good as in picture.
The sizes are always between XS and L. Barely you can find some in XXS or XL, but it happens in a while.

^^OMG! I was looking through the catalogue a few weeks ago and falling in love with that first dress. It is so expensive here though, around $150USD. It is so beautiful though

I think my highlight for Mango are their footwear and accessories! I find them really well done and very on trend!

i'll agree, it's more like H&M and less like Bebe (which Mango has always reminded me of and that was a good thing)
