I didn't get a response when I asked this question before so here goes again. I'm really interested in getting a pair of Manolo from ebay. Are Manolo's faked? If so (like most everything else on there) who is a reputable seller?

The only Manolos I've seen fakes of are the silver Sedaraby (famous SATC "stolen shoe"). One way to tell what shoes are being counterfeited is to go see what is being offered on ioffer.com. Mostly very hyped or logo type shoes. I think the majority of shoes being offered on Ebay are from regular people who buy on sale for resale on Ebay, or buy for themselves and decide they don't want them anymore.

if you usually wear a size 36.5 in manolos, then size up to 37 for this particular shoe (the carolynes)

I bought these and love them. I am a 39 in pumps and a 38.5 in manolo sandals and I got a 39 in these. I love them.

I was referred to Amazon Block from some webblog.
Amazon Block is a service from Amazon.com that allows a person to look at specific blocks in Major cities based on the address.

Interested, I looked up the Manolo Blahnik boutique in NYC. This is the picture that came back to me.

I just want to know is this actually the Manolo Blahnik Boutique?
If so I am dissapointed because it doesn't look special in any way. It's even ugly. I would have expected something more elegant, and at least a sign.

I actually flew in...because they are re-opening after the sale and the spring collection will be in tomorrow so I flew in to NYC this weekend to go to the store tomorrow. I am excited.

The store is hidden which I love....keeps it quiet. Its on a beautiful and quiet street right of 5 ave....by bergdorf. Its a beautiful store. Clean and elegant. I love it so much

I'm sure it's lovlier on the inside? Anyway it's just so unassuming on the outside- you wouldn't know what it was if you didn't know what it was. . .

But I suppose that's the idea- You have to be"In the know" to shop there

Hey.....on SATC, season six....they have a scene in Manolo Blahnik. You can see the store if you watch it, the episode is called "A Woman's Right to Shoes". I just watched it yesterday. lol They showed the store towards the end.

i was looking through a little neiman marcus magazine for shoes and they had a section for some spring manolos, didnt see much. but, there was a gorg pair of white lacey peep toed pumps, very cute
