there isn't a 3 inch heel...its either 90mm or 3.5 or higher...there are lower like 70mm....but there isn't a 3 inch campari.

The black campari on NM.com is actually 3".

nope if you order them they are 90mm which is a little over 3.5 inches....so we can keep talking about it...or just drop it since I know what I am talking about. Neiman Marcus.com universally doesn't put up the most accurate descriptions.

Manolo does 105 mm heels, 90mm heels 70mm heels and lower.

no 3 inches. period. sorry.

I hear ya, I've been archiving their pictures of Manolos for myself and it's so confusing because sometimes the heel height in the picture doesn't look like what the description says and sometimes they use the same picture for two different heel heights of the same shoe (i.e. the Carolyne). *brain asplode*

I was watching a VH1 Fabulous Life Of (don't judge me, they're my guilty pleasure :ninja:) and in one segment, they showed an heiress (I think it was the Johnson & Johnson one) talking about how she'd bought all of the 6" Manolo shoes he'd ever made and they showed a couple of them- absolutely divine! They still looked completely classy, which really surprised me.:heart:

I can't believe I didn't chime in sooner.

Those Camo Sedarby's are absolutely DISGUSTING. They're hideous.

I can't believe you said that Diorling! I disagree. I am the queen of conservative dressing (in fact, I dress quite Amish half the time because I think it's fun and hilarious to wear kindergarten style clothes) and I love those sederaby's. The quality of the silk/whatever textile is great and there is a bit of cheekiness about them. I would totally rock them with an amish dress.

I disagree too...and I am sorry that you had to say it like that....because several people on this board have them.

Thanks for the info Guccigal07! Do you have the Navy or the Black Campari Maryjanes and which do you think can give more mileage?

I saw black. its classic. its timeless.

Navy is great too but I am not a navy person...I find it harder to wear than black........

 You're a hoot, Meg! :flower:

i really want the camo sedaraby but i hate the service at neiman marcus!!!!! i've been trying to get them since september but they keep stuffing up my order!!! they sent me a pair in september but the insoles were coming off. i sent them back and wrote on the returns form that i wanted another one sent out. when i checked on the status of the order, they told me that they had refunded me instead. they didn't even bother letting me know. given that i still wanted the shoes, i reordered them even though i was miffed about the situation.

just then, i checked on the order and was told that i had been refunded again! i was like, why??! i didn't even get them! turns out that they were damaged in transit and were sent back to them. i then asked why they didn't even bother contacting me instead of just refunding. better yet, why didn't they just send out a replacement pair??? on both occassions, it was up to me to check. i understand that damage in transit can occur but really, why the lack of courtesy? since i am in australia, i actually lost around 50 dollars with the currency conversions, etc. i was so mad that i actually wrote them an email to complain. i never usually do that kind of thing but i think that it's warranted on this occassion.

i love the camo sedarabys though. bloody hell, i should've just glued those insoles myself!!!

sorry about the rant, i just needed to get that off my chest.....

Almost the same thing happened to me except it only happened once...I ordered a pair of Manolos, tried them on and decided they were too small, sent them back to be exchanged, filling out the form correctly and everything, and after waiting for about a month for the new pair to arrive (which they did have in stock) I called them only to find out that they had done a return instead of an exchange and I had to order them again! Why do they do this?! If the new size had gone out of stock while I was waiting for an exchange that never got processed I would have been totally out of luck for getting the shoes and would have wasted my money on the shipping for nothing. I'm considering not giving them any more of my business, it's too bad they're one of the few ways I can get Manolos. :(

i just got a reply from nm. they gave me a credit to cover the losses i incurred. not the point though. i still want those shoes. i agree, fashiongrrrrl. it sucks but i'm kinda stuck buying from them at this point.

i'll try karen from short hills. thanks guccigal.

I am experiencing the same thing for them but for Louboutins. My shipping was USD70 by Fedex...no news for 2 weeks.

I received my shoes from Nordstroms in 4 days and shipping for USPS was only USD 25!

I sure hope those shoes aren't missing!

janal - guccigal had recommended karen to me and she is really great. she found me my camo sedaraby (looooooove them!!!). make sure you get the right size in those shoes. i generally wear 37.5 manolo shoes (37 if they are wide enough) but the camo sedaraby i had to get 36.5. good luck and keep us posted with your quest! :flower:

I'm sorry the pics aren't very clear, but can someone tell me if these shoes are Manolo Blahnik?
Pics from the Kate Moss thread.

Oops...almost missed this. Thanks Guccigal!:flower:

janal - i forgot to ask: does nm.com not have your size in the camo sedaraby? they have a bunch available and if you use code WEEKEND you can get free shipping. you may want to order several in your size just to make sure the insole is intact or that the rhinestones are all there.
