i saw those camo sedaraby (sorry for the misspelling if so  ) shoes at NM in charlotte, nc. if short hills doesn't work out, try charlotte. ask for ben, he's nice.

also phillip at las vegas' manolo boutique was so nice when i got my mom a pair of the carolyne slingbacks from them last month! :)

i still dont think they are high enough.......

same here!! there's like a huuuuge obsesion about blahnik and well... sketches look impressive but then the actual shoe looks sort of... regular? dunno... i prefer jimmy choo or sergio rossi

If you are still looking for the cameo sedarbys you can call Mary Beth at the NM in KOP she is wonderful. Also, the MB store on 54th in NYC has them with the most beautiful rhinestone color, almost the same as the brown cameo. Divina is wonderful there.

Does anyone know if the camo sedaraby comes in a lower heel height? I'm sorry but I just cannot take a little over 4 inches no matter how much I want to. And I don't want to call the rude manolo people in London (since only the boutique carries them here) and i've seen the sedaraby in lower heel heights before....

I special ordered the lower heel for people for my friends wedding because they could not take the higher heel, but I am unsure whether it actually comes in the lower heel normally.

everyone did the camo sedaraby in the 105mm or 4 inch.

but usually when barneys does any sedaraby they do 90mm.

argh, why people, why?! I've seen the lower heel height d'orsay shoes (on second thought, they might not have been sedaraby) so I was hoping they would be smaller. I think the 4" is great but I can't do it. I walk too much and would be worried about falling over or something.

I found the 4 in to be the perfect height for walking. MB heels are really sturdy. I walk the streets (that just sounds bad) of NYC all the time in the pairs that I have and I find them very comfortable to walk in. You may want to try these, there is somethign about them that just doesn't feel THAT high..It is not like when I try to walk tens of blocks in my 5 in CLs

I suppose I will just have to try them on but I really want to avoid the London boutique which a. difficult to get to b. has bad hours and c.even worse service. I also get concerned about the slope since I have small feet but others here seem to have no problem......

I wear a size 5 and they are almost too big..I have had no problem with the slope. I hate the botiques when they have such horrible service

Long story short, I lost 30 pounds this year and I think I shrunk a shoe size too because my silver Sedarabys seem awfully loose these days, to the point of the backs slipping off my heels. *cries* I'm gonna try sticking gel inserts in them to push my feet back, but if that doesn't work, does anybody know if the silver ones are available at the boutique in NYC? I plan to stay at this weight and I'm going there on U.S. Thanksgiving weekend, so if I have to I could pick myself up a smaller pair. Also, if they have them, does anyone know the heel height? Who knew weight loss could be so expensive!

They got in a new shipment of the silvers a few weeks ago, I am not sure of the availability these days. I would just call and check it out.

fashion - they have the 4 inch version in the boutique, 3.5 inch version at barney's. the boutique did get a shipment of the silver ones last month. chances are that they are sold out, but it never hurts to call and find out. if they don't have them and if you don't mind 3.5 inch version, try giving barney's a call. i saw them in the barney's boston when i went back in september.

good luck! :flower:

p.s. congrats on your weight loss!

ojodeazul19 - Thanks for the info! :)

shopping247 - Awesome, I will probably be checking out Barney's too. If I can scrape some money together before my trip I'll give the boutique a call, otherwise I'll see what's available when I get there and get them later if I have to. It sounds like they won't be going away anytime soon since the style has been around and popular for so long. Thanks!

It feels great to be carrying around less weight, even though it requires a new wardrobe, I have so much more energy now and feel better about myself. :)

I think those shoes are interesting...I don't know if I could pull them off...though I like that he is doing some daring stuff these past few seasons.
