the first pair is super comfortable. I have them in two colors. I love them. I find the third to be uncomfortable, but I think it is because my feet are wide.

posi - the fatakata are awesome. since you live in NYC, you can always stop into jeffreys to see. otherwise, if you need an SA who's really good over at the other jeffreys location, let me know. he is suppose to call me first thing when those hit the store. like gg said, they are only getting the all black patent with black kid trim or the all white patent with white kid trim. they are not getting the color combo that the runway showed. nm is getting the white combo with the black kid trim except they are doing black heels instead. it may look great, it may look whacked, we'll see. at the moment, i have my heard set on the Peter Som runway shoes by Manolo, called Pom. It's the blue shoe that gg posted a few pages back. They come in green, nude pink, brown, and the blue, all in patents. but apparently NM is getting them in blue snakeskin so that will be fab! i can't wait to see these! ....also, my vote is for the bronze strappy shoes. the color is great and the design is fab!

legaldiva - i am not sure what's a good sale price for those cindabelli (sp?) shoes. gg, suggestions? my bottom line is i wouldn't pay full price for them.

fyi I'm on the list for the cabbage!! We'll see. I finally bought some Manolos!

After watching GG's pics I got not one but 3 pairs! I got the Mumbai sandals in black, brown Trona sandals and another pair which I believe is called Tortugaise.
My size is actually 7.5, though one of them is a bit tight for me.
I still have a few mm left on the insole. I mention this because here is my question... Madrid Manolo store still has the black & white patent spectators BUT in 7. The SA is holding them for me.
I love them so much! Do you manolo experts think it would be a torture to wear them? Should I pass on them? It's the only size left and I don't think those will show up on eBay

don't get them if they are too tight. You may be able to take them to a cobbler who can stretch them a bit but there is always a risk with that (of stretching it too much or else misshaping the shoe). If they are too small you won't wear them. end of. it's not worth it if you are hobbling around in pain.
