i finally got my bag today! but I need some help from the marc by marc experts. I don't think i got a fake....but i realized that while looking at pics online...the tag on the side of the bag varies even for the exact same style. (luxy faridah)

one says marc jacobs...in the signature black and white colours (white bag)...which is the same tag on my bag.

other versions (on nordstron site)..the tag says marc by marc jacobs...(yellow). its' hard to tell..but you can click on this link and you can tell the title is longer http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/2897929/0~2376779~2374605~6007363~6007366~6007371?P=1

both are the exact same bags in differnt colours.

does anyone know if it's due to fake bags/real bags...or if it's because the same bag was released in different seasons or something hence the different tag?

i'm kinda worried. thanks to anyone who can confirm this!

I think it's because they're from different seasons. It's probably not a fake since the fake Marc by Marc Jacobs bags rarely are made, due to the low prices of the bags...

^^ thanks guys i doubt it was fake too...but that pic on the neiman's site just gave me a little scare...and since i ordered it from bluefly and rumours of fakes have been spread before.

i think Mj is raising his marc by marc line because there were rumours he wanted to do a third diffusion line with target/H&M type prices.....but i think he's going to lose some of his customers by raising the priced like that. now it's basically miu miu, like luna said, or l.a.m.b. or something......

so...all this talk about MJ got me aching for a second turnlock (i know, greedy) - i already have the hobo in black but it's such a great size and soooo functional, im tempted to get one in another color. but then i saw the other two sizes so the following are potential candidates - thoughts ladies? i love all of the colors!! all pics from NM.com:

I love the last one! That style of bag is so easy to carry. It fits perfectly under your arm and stays put!
