Apart from the smile wrinkles I like the way she looks there. But YSL was probably her worst look this entire season, she looked really tired.

Allen21, sorry to destroy your illusions :-))) - but believe me, even non-smokers have wrinkles with 30 ... In Maria's case the lines from her nose to the corners of her mouth (Nasal Labial Fold Lines) have always been visible and rather prominent:
