I've said it a 100 times but I am truly impressed and amazed by the quality of these chinese editorials and the brilliant magical making of videos of these fashion shoots which create stellar motion editorials. I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME these magazines create gorgeoussss videos. As a videographer and fashion photographer myself I know how damn hard it is to reach this level of perfection for videos. It's HOURS AND HOURS to make these. From the selected video segments, to the visual effects, the music, the added transitions, the lighting filters, the animations, the 3D CGI elements : my head will explode. Y'all if you only only knew how much hard work goes into the making of these 1 minute videos. CRAZY GOOOOOOD.
Korean magazines lately only focus on idols and kpop stars and the videos aren't that good, the production of the shoots however shows their attention to detail and creativity.
Japanese magazines bring that excitement and big production for their shoots with a bigger range of stars for their covers, stories and so on.
However and that's the big however, Chinese magazines absolutely understand how to play with so so so many of their top high fashion models, they show them so much love and support and bringing them out all the time. All their titles create just mesmerizing shoots that rival and surpass the european and american editions by so much it's not even funny : all the chinese editions of W, Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar make us dream and they are devoted to being creative, their teams of hair, makeup and photographers are bringing what people in Europe don't.
