The creative director behind Marni is Lucinda Chambers.
I was watching a show on the French channel, and her name appeared with STYLISTE under it. At the time I watched it, she looked like how the models looked in the spring/summer 2005 collection.
Her photo is at the top of this page.

And oh! I found this page that talks about a bit of her history. She also consulted with Prada, it says.
