They're another one of those "lazy-but-still-looking chic" pieces that you can just put on and go. Love em'!

I recently got a sheer black maxi skirt for some DIY Givenchy SS 2011.

These are literally my go-to when I put clothes on nowadays. They looks great with platforms and with flats.

yeah maxi skirts are soo cute and casual, and everything goes with them...i found a black one at a thrift store that i wore all winter long, but i'm looking for lightweight cotton flared one for summer!

I've been hanging around Somerset House for London Fashion Week and this trend is HUGE with all the girls that get snapped by streetstyle photographers. I've seen flowy bright-colored sheer ones, stretchy tight sheer ones, and a lot of these American Apparel ones ("long accordion-plait skirt"). A lottt.
