I randomly developed an obsession with petticoats last winter. Everyone I knew thought it was weird, so I'm glad to see I'm not alone.

I must say while I love petticoats worn alone for the summer, I'm really loving the idea of layering them for the winter, especially under a skirt made of a heavier, rougher type of fabric like a roughly woven wool. it goes perfectly with the industrial revolution feel...
