In response to the previous posts here, as of august harrod's, harvey nichols and selfrigde's where all carrying mcq menswear, harrod's had the cheapest things (t-shirts, denim and sweatshirts) while Selfridge's was understocked (probably because they got it first) with only denim, and Harvey Nick's had jackets, scarves, the aforementioned denim (about 4 pounds cheaper too) and sweaters, HN had more of the dramatic, alexander type of clothing.

I've been unimpressed with the McQ line - a lot of it is too brash and overpriced but I bloody love that effing plaid car coat and I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE IN LONDON! Please help - Selfridges, Harrods nada. Even though Harvey Nicks uses the coat in its EDIT mag, it's nowhere to be found instore - help fellow shoppers!

i've seen some of the new stuff because loads of my friends are in the campaign - erm orange and silver scary clown prints to sum up yeah, but i like it a lot

I love the blue tartan coat and the cape but the quality is really lacking, but I would definately buy both regardless. Also, I was looking at the McQ collection at Barneys and nothing stood out, nothing was special.

I had high hopes for him.

don't know for sure. just left a boutique where an sa's client actually found the coat. once she gets back to me i'll post a cost. diorling, i saw a pair of navy wool nautical jodhpurs that were quite perfect quality-wise. however, the leather jackets....not so much.
