I can bet that if Raquel moves to the icons list, or simply is moved away from the 50 girls list, Isabeli will be #1 !!

Could someone please explain to me what Hye Rim Park is doing so high on the list? She should be way down in the 30's or 40's, if on the list at all.

Hye has proven to have a certain longevity, and she's still booking campaigns. But she's definitely too high on that list, along with several of the long distance runners, like her teammate Lisa.

To me it's more baffling that Anabela remains in that position, though. It's not like she gets extra points for longevity. Same with Irina. They really should stop entering new girls higher than, say, 30. One good campaign/editorial season does not a top model make.

Magdalena, on the other hand, should move up. Great campaign turnout again this season, repeating Ralph Lauren, ODLR, Dell'Acqua, plus Ferretti with Meisel. Maryna, Kinga etc should be higher too if current work takes presidence.

The list in general is very iffy from about 14-30. Such a weird mix of girls who are currently doing very well, newish girls who are already fading, and girls who are there mainly because of past achievements.

It's also time to enter the Annas (boo, but it's true), Viktoriya, Georgina. Like, what is Malin Ones doing there, but not these girls?? Just add them in the 30-50 range in case one or more of them turn out to be a one-hit wonder. It'd be easy to make room by removing eg Julia D, Alyona. Or they could just stuff in more girls as usual.

^Yeah, Malin Ones and Enhilo Mahlik are ones i don't understand. I think that MDC uses there Top 50 as a way of predicting who they think will be big, so that they can say "I told you so". Definitely time for Anna J to make an appearance!

It looks as if there were a few changes made to the list yesterday. MDC didn't indicate whether a specific model moved up, down, or was added. So, I might have either missed a few, or included some already established ranks.

Malin Ones dropped down to 49
Meghan Collison dropped down to 39
Lakshmi Menon was added to the list at 35
Heidi Mount moved up to 32
Kinga moved up to 25
Jourdan Dunn moved up to 22

I'm still confused why boring Raquel is number one :lol And why is Julia Dunstal on there?
I also think Edita needs to be moved way up.
I think their Top 10 list isn't that great either. Natasha shoudl be in the Top 5 instead of Anja in my opinion.

MariaCarla also moved from 11 to 10.

There are lots of girls there who shouldn't be on there anymore: Kinee Diouf (47), Suzanne Diaz (46), Julia Dunstall (43), Elise Crombez (29), Diana Dondoe (22), Missy Rayder (19), Valentina Zelyaeva (14) and Irina Lazareanu (11)...Kinee proved to be not as big as predicted, Suzanne's editorial moment is over, Julia's as well...Elise isn't appearing regularly enough since her reign in 2003 and her days as a mostwanted are simply over...maybe she's just taking it easy herself and chosing not to do so much. Diana, well duh, her editorial work is very very minimal, Missy only has an ed with Meisel once every 3-4 months...kinda like Karen Elson perhaps. Valentina has Ralph but that's pretty much it as far as big jobs go and they kicked of Marina Perez as well some time ago, who does a lot more than her, so why is she still there? Irina does some runway, the occasional ad or ed but mostly sings nowadays, so byebye!

Possible replacements: Anna Jagodzinska, Anna Selezneva, Georgina Stojiljkovic, Viktoriya Sasonkina, Kori Richardson and Iris Struberger. And on the longer run perhaps Anna Gushina, Amanda Laine and Cato van Ee. For now I am willing to give Malin Ones the benefit of the doubt eventhough her drop to 49 so soon means no good.

When I didn't see Isabeli in number eight, I got really anxious about which position she would be. And when I saw her at number 2, I was so happy! I hope she'll be number one, because she really deserves, she was out twice to have her sons, the second time she had her baby she wasn't so young, and I really thought her career was over. But it was such a nice surprise!
