I saw Meghan in the 40th Anniversary book titled "You&Cue" by Cue Clothing Co. There is a pic of Meghan outside the Sydney Opera House and the quote from her basically talked about how her trip to Sydney was too short and that the country was beautiful.

This is simply not true--models need both editorial and runway to book campaigns. A girl who only does editorial makes no money, i.e. is not successful.

Notice how there is very little discussion about her in this thread recently...

how do you think the thousands of other girls besides the top 1% elite make any money.. don't you think they would have quit by now?

I'm sorry but for a high profile editorial girl like Meghan, the only way she's going to make money without resorting to catalogs is print (ad campaigns, look books) and runway.

Other girls make money by doing low profile print work (I don't really consider this or catalogs successful, relatively for Meghan anyway).

So to say that she doesn't need runway or the top ad campaigns is not true.
