It's possible in Argentina. Not all schools have english as an obligation... And she's from a small town so in this case is worst
Anyway all models or models-to-be study english before travelling except some cases...

I initially liked her after she opened Proenza, but there's something a tad bit boring about her look. I really dig her look with the bangs though. To me, she reminds me of a less interesting version of Sheila Marquez. Heck, maybe a mix of Sheila and Tati together.
