very much a womens bag- the good thing about hermes is they do two classic men's bags- the HAC or the SAD: (and the closure on a kelly is bloody annoying to use)

Well...I think the Kelly depeche is essentially a unisex briefcase...they sell it at the men's section in the Wall St store...I personally perfer it over the the sac simply because I love the kelly closure much better also the rounded handle makes it easier to carry

LV utah leather Doctor's Bag (from F/W 2005). this briefcase was inspired by antique doctor's bag. Practical and comfortable (?). Size: 16.1 x 11.8 x 7.9". USD 3,350 <-- wow, help.

if i'm not mistaken, deluxeduck (at least on TPF... dunno his name here) has that doctors bag. he should know more.

its "kkesh" around here and yes, i've got the this bag and i love it. the handle is indeed comfortable to grasp (the leather is quite supple) and i can access the inside by just pulling out one of the folded-in sides. here's a photo:
