Men In the UK generally wont carry bags which are fashion style more tending to use over the shoulder bags rather then using man style hand bags!

London is obviously excluded here when you say UK

Clearly London excluded, but where im from, if there a bloke with a bag you can bet that it will not be a "man bag" rather just a normal over shoulder type. Women are more likely (obviously) to splash money out on a bag, whereas men will go with "if it works use it" mentality

Was testing out the bags in Selfridges today.
I have to agree from a few pages back: the Mulberry Piccadilly was amazingly heavy when it was totally empty.
I stand by my opinion on the leather of the Balenciaga bags. They are light and are wonderful designs but the leather just feels so cheap (and looks it save in some colours)
I do want a range of Bal wallets though . .

Is a LV keepall too big to worn as a day bag. I love the shape of the Sofia Coppola LV bags but 4,000 is alot. Do they make smaller keepalls? I don't want a 40 or 50cm. Those are way too big

the SC bag is pretty much PERFECT as a day bag. not surprising, since she designed it herself and she always struck me as an intelligent woman. but only the leather versions are nice IMO.

it's even perfect sizewise since it's bigger than a Speedy 40 (biggest Speedy size) smaller than a Keepall 45 (smallest Keepall), has a roomy interior pocket and a long detachable strap so it can be worn like a messenger.

defintely a keeper.

the Keepall 45 DOES look rather luggage-y to me. idk, maybe try one out in Epi? are there Vuitton boutiques n Arkansas?

you get used to the weight of the Piccadilly after some time altho, i DO hit a lot of people when i have it lugged on my shoulder and once it's stuffed (usually uni stuff and groceries. no reasonably sized bag is above grocery shlepping lol), i have a hard time fitting it over my shoulder, so i have to either hold it in my hand or in the nook of my arm.

Me and friends usually take trips to Dallas for fun occasionally, and we were planning one to celebrate the end of each college year not failed. I usually go into the one in Dallas and froth at the mouth. I refused to buy a fake or bag I'm not completely in love with. So, I've been carrying around an ugly messenger for two years in search of the perfect bag. I agree with you though the 45 keep all looks really luggagey and the largest speedy looks extremely small and dainty on me.

ikr? the SC just hits THE perfect sweet spot in between. oh, and also, the SC won't be in all stores. only THE major stores. not even the Vienna store gets them and they usually get pretty much everything.

i guess i was wrong. the SC is, sizewise, between a Speedy 35 and a Speedy 40. maybe not so perfect in size after all.....

On Sofia the size of the SC looks perfect but she is petite. So, I'm curious of what it will look like on a guy. Everyone was crazy about the Besace's unisex appeal but I found the sizes weird. They either seemed to big or too small
