Too obvious as in, it's too obviously screaming 'GUCCI'?
I don't personally like it, but it's more subdued than the beige "Guccisima" pattern

Connolly- once the only place in london for valextra (even had a collaboration with them with prince of wales check canvas)- though not a bad collection of own brand bags- logo free and very well made...

I just wish the Guccissima pattern wasn't as huge as it is.
Unfortunately, I can't get it now...I just spent a lot of money due to the holidays.
Maybe I'll get it for my 21st birthday...

To be honest, I don't see anything attractive about it - besides the GG logos all over its just a black messenger bag.

I don't see a point in buying an expensive designer bag when there is nothing to set it apart from an inexpensive one.

Tomorrow I need to pay Connolly london a visit because those leather goods are stunning, especially the konjac coloured ones. Absolutely marvelous. Too bad everything they have commands a high price.

I agree. There's nothing aesthetically pleasing about is nothing but generic messenger bag with embossed Gucci logo. If one is in the market for a well designed designer bag there are much better alternatives out there, even at cheaper prices than that that bag retails for.
