Men's Denim

^Do they have a specific model number or something? I'd like to try them out maybe.

I have a pair of American Eagle jeans that fit, look, and are higher quality than my pair of Diesels. (From when I was with the dark side :ninja)

^Really? That suprises me. I knew a girl who worked for American Eagle. She bought a coat and the buttons or snaps or something fell off within a day, and she bought three pairs of sunglasses within two days because they all broke instantly. Talk about bad quality...

Well...when I was in the dark side..very dark side :ninja:..i'm ashamed..anyway, everything else was sh*t quality...the screen print on my tshirt fell off after 3 COLD, REGULAR, WOOLITE washes

..those jeans were'nt the best but they were surprisingly good for $58 and and much better than Diesels!

Wow. What t-shirt was that? I've never heard of such a thing.

 I used to buy crappy stuff, but nothing with prints that came off in three washes. That's just appalling.

This is getting off topic. Again. :ninja:

Not really. Mine say "Made in Macau." And as for style, it depends on what you want.

So, what do you want?:)

I am wearing the rescues as I type, and they are really nice. The anglaise/english cut is a fuller one. You should really try to make it to a store to find out which you like the most- or consult the aformentioned thread on superfuture.com

Worlds oldest Levi's 501 listed on ebay, starting price $10,000 !!!!!

$15,300 now. Apparently they will go for more than $50,000 according to speculation, even maybe more than $100,000 :omg:

The 5001 are about as slim as jeans get. They're on the Levi's Europe site, but I can't see them on the US one.

2762, 2763, 522, 523, and 511 also look like they might be worth checking out. The 522 and 523 might only be in Asia at the moment, I'm not sure, and the 2762s and 3s are both waxed jeans with a few more details.

Maybe Diesel sells different jeans in different countries. I bought my Colombian-made pair of Diesel jeans in Venezuela (And no, I didn't want them  , bought them because they were the best thing that was available and I desperately needed a pair of jeans at the moment :( ..what a waste). It's so flimsy, my Levi's 529s are much better and stronger...although still really bad shape and quality..although Diesel's fit is better than Levis' fit.

I think my is made in Morocco:-) It's a rivec one. I was looking for a lower waist and loose jeans and this was a nice one.

I never have "tearing" problems with jeans, maybe because I usually wear them loose :-P

I always have Levis 501 and 505. Have 3 old blue pairs in size 28 which I am thinking how to customize (means make them bigger lol). I also made a inside-out tote bag from my old Wrangle, the fabric is realy tough and strong for a bag.

This thread is so great I learn so much about denim:-)

I know I have asked this questions several times now but I still CAN'T find jeans that fit me! It's so hard to find them......for some reason my waist seems to be shrinking so my older jeans don't fit anymore. These are several types that I have tried but failed to like, so is there any other better recommendations? Thank you so much :flower: I want super slim but not tight bootut jeans in medium to dark wash and lightly distressed
Seven A pocket-31 is too big on me, 30 is too short
Seven Flynt-color is too similar to A, which I already own a pair so I'm not too crazy about it
Dior Homme black jeans with white whiskers- 46 is too loose but the cut is kinda meh..so I'm not sure I want a smaller size
PDC/Ernest Sawn/AG-too loose and I don't like the wash
Levi Skinner-like the cut but can't seem to find the right wash
Diesel Zathan-they don't come in the wash I like anymore
True Religion twisted flare jeans-the denim is too hard/rigid
Earl Jean bootcut -can't find the right size and color I like
Something along this line would be ideal but for men, thanks

so what else can I try?

If you're feeling adventurous, you could always try women's jeans.

Women's don't really work for me as they make bigger space on the ***. Since i have really skinny/flat behind, the area sags and leaves extra pouch on the sides...so it looks really bad and ill-fitting...
