Miami/LA/London Ink

Is there already a thread about Miami Ink? (I tried searching but couldn't find one) If there is, please tell me so that i can delete this thread. If there isn't, why not? I think it's a great show and i've almost never missed an episode. I was just interested to see if there are other obsessed fans of miami ink out there.

I'm obsessed with Miami Ink. I've always loved tattoos and the colors and everything.

I also watch London Ink & LA Ink. I think Kat Von D is so cool!

Ya i watch LA Ink too. Her shop decor is pretty cool, love the red lacquered floor and the pink(s). Kat Von D is alright, she's sweet and everything, just a little bit over-flirty with the boys(can be quite annoying), no?

I like Miami Ink but I love LA Ink! Kat Von D is so talented and seems like such a cool, genuine person who really values her relationships with her friends/clients. I really like the colorful work that Hannah & Kim do as well. It's really expensive to get a tattoo on any of the "Ink" shows I hear.

I bet it would be well over that...I paid around that ballpark just to get mine...and it is very small...

I love watching the "Ink" shows. I like tattoos, but I would never get any out-there ones like on the shows. I live vicariously through the people who come to the shop lol.

It makes sense that they would charge through the roof for tattoos now that the tattoo studios are famous from the show. The increase in price would be the only way to ensure that their number of clients stay manageable.

• A (non-refundable) $100 tattoo deposit is required upon notification of my being selected to be in the MIAMI INK pool of clients. If I am chosen to appear on the show the $100 will be credited towards the cost of my tattoo.

and i actually thought it only cost $100 I better brush up on my understanding of the English language.

I finally saw London Ink and it is a snooozefest. How can London be that boring?? It isn't. And the one older guy is so quiet and mumbley, the other really angry she-ra artist gets on my nerves, and I could totally see the young guy raving.

Tattoos are very expensive; most places are a couple hundred at least, the ones I've been too (I have none, just accompanying friends). I still think they can be cool, but I'd rather go shopping.

Also Yoji is very hot. I really love Chris Garver. But my fave person on any of the shows is Kim, she's so sweet and I love her work and attitude. She looks a little like Jennifer Aniston.

i agree i much prefer miami i watched london ink thinking id like it more cause its set in england
but i just found it boring
they havent got much personalityy!
